Before getting started with the project, we did extensive research on Kris Limousine’s target audience and competitors. We wanted to get a feel of where competitors stand with their website UI/UX and find gaps within the site
design so we can make our client’s site 10x better. We found that most tent-a-limousine site don’t have a stable website design plus, their UX was messed up. Most pages added friction in the booking process so we eliminated
them on our client’s site. We wanted a clean and straightforward page because people who book a limousine don’t have the time to go through hundreds of pages to find a ‘book your car” CTA. The results? Well, you’d be surprised!
