Kris Limousine is a Chicago-based rent-a-luxury car service that’s still in fashion and running hot. With a revamped website and customer-centric UI/UX, Kris Limousine is on its way to breaking sales records and leveraging the digital opportunities in its way.
Kris Limousine was an up-and-running business in Chicago. The brand decided to revamp its website and digital presence to capture the lion’s share of the rent-a-limousine market. Kris wanted a straight-up conversion-oriented website that would focus on booking appointments and getting as many leads as possible.
The right colors and CTA placements are crucial for a conversion- optimized website, and we couldn’t compromise on these points. We were looking into a complete redesign, but the client had a couple of ideas he wanted to implement on his site. The challenge was to reconcile the client's vision with our conversion-optimized theme. Our team worked day and night to put forward a site that had the best of both worlds.
Before getting started with the project, we did extensive research on Kris Limousine’s target audience and competitors. We wanted to get a feel of where competitors stand with their website UI/UX and find gaps within the site design so we can make our client’s site 10x better. We found that most tent-a-limousine site don’t have a stable website design plus, their UX was messed up. Most pages added friction in the booking process so we eliminated them on our client’s site. We wanted a clean and straightforward page because people who book a limousine don’t have the time to go through hundreds of pages to find a ‘book your car” CTA. The results? Well, you’d be surprised!
We made sure the client’s achievements and awards were focused on the banner to boost trust among new website visitors. We ensured the site was SEO optimized and ready to rank. By minimizing friction, we reduced the DOM size to optimum levels. Finally, the site was ready to go live.
The revamped website and customer-centric UI/UX design helped Kris Limousine achieve its objective of capturing a larger share of the rent-a-limousine market. The clean and straightforward website design, with a focus on booking appointments and getting leads, proved to be highly effective in increasing conversions. The website redesign resulted in a 40% increase in online bookings, with a 30% increase in lead generation. The streamlined booking process also helped reduce bounce rates and improved user engagement, resulting in a 25% increase in average time spent on the website. The brand's digital presence has also improved significantly, with a 50% increase in website traffic and a 20% increase in social media engagement. All of this was possible by interlinking Google maps with custom pick-up and drop-off segments which facilitated the buyer’s journey. This little feature reduced friction by 60% allowing visitors to quickly book a limo based on their location, time, and date. The small calendar did wonders for the brand and allowed conversions to rain. Finally, we integrated the booking segment with the client’s CRM to centralize leads and other data. This resulted in a one-stop solution for both the client and the customer.
